Cut the liver into small pieces. Heat the oil well in a pan and put the liver there. Fry the liver until light browning.

Cut pepper into thin strips, onion into half rings. Add to the liver and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press, grind the chili pepper or pass it through a garlic press, add salt and your favorite spices (suneli hops, basil, cumin. whatever your heart desires), grind in a mortar. Add to the liver and fry everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Then, add lemon juice and vinegar directly to the pan, simmer until the liver is ready (about 10 minutes).

Cut the pita into two parts, put the hot liver in a pocket, serve with any salad.
