Low-salt tomatoes, a quick option

Salted tomatoes – a very tasty dish for any side dish. Tomatoes are salted very quickly. And the preparation process is very fast, so even a beginner in cooking can handle it.

The necessary products for salting tomatoes in a quick way

  • Tomatoes, medium or cream – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves, depending on the size
  • Salt – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Currant leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Cherry leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Horseradish leaves – 2 pcs.

Salting tomatoes in a quick way

1. We take a 3-liter can. At the bottom of the jar, put 1 leaf of horseradish and 2 clean leaves of currant and cherry. We also put all the garlic.

2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and put them in a jar.

3. Place a leaf of horseradish and currant and cherry leaves on top of the tomatoes.

4. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to the very top and add salt.

5. Close the jar with a steamed lid. We leave the tomatoes for 3-7 days. The number of days of salting depends on your preferences, some like sweet tomatoes, some more sour.

6. Tomatoes, a quick version are ready.
