Mackerel is a very tasty and nutritious fish. Today we will cook it mackerel in pieces with mushrooms and onions. A very tasty dish that will surely decorate any festive table or family dinner.

  • Mackerel – 1 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Boletus mushrooms – 2 pcs.
  • A mixture of 5 peppers – ½ tsp.
  • Coriander seeds – 4 pcs.
  • Foil.

Cooking mackerel in the oven with mushrooms and onions

1. Clean the fish from the intestines and from the black film. Cut off the head and thoroughly wash the fish under running water. Mushrooms are cut into plates. Onion rings.

2. Place the fish on the foil and cut it into pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Add coriander seeds.

3. Place mushroom plates and onion rings between the pieces of fish.

4. Cover the foil from all sides.

5. Cook the fish in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
