Marble meat roll

Tasty, aromatic, filling marble meat roll. It can be made from turkey or chicken (white and red).

It always turns out incomparably tasty, dietary, without various harmful additives and dyes. We add spices to taste, they will saturate the meat with all their tastes and aromas.

Ingredients for making a marble meat roll:

  • turkey fillet – 700 g.
  • paprika – 1 tbsp.
  • edible gelatin – 30 g.
  • salt, pepper – to taste.
  • dill greens – to taste.
  • spices for meat, garlic – to taste.

Preparation of marble meat roll:

Meat for marble meat roll wash and cut into small pieces.

Add gelatin, washed and chopped dill, garlic passed through a press, all spices and salt. Mix everything well and leave for 1 hour. During this time, the meat from the paprika will acquire a marble color.

We transfer the meat to a sleeve for baking and form a sausage. We tie a thread on both sides like a candy.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the roll for 1 hour until ready.

The finished meat should be taken out of the oven and wait until it cools completely. We put it in the refrigerator for the night so that marble meat roll solidified well. You can already cut a roll in the morning for breakfast.
