Marinated herring with spices

Marinated herring with spices very tasty and tender herring. Spices can be added to your taste, the result is a perfect combination and moderately spicy.

Ingredients for cooking marinated herring with spices

  • herring – 2 pc.
  • Provence herbs – 1 tsp.
  • garlic – 1 clove.
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • coriander – ½ tsp.
  • oil – 2 tbsp.
  • wine vinegar – 1 tsp.

Cooking marinated herring with spices

Garlic is cleaned and chopped, coriander can be taken whole or ground. Put the spices in a bowl in which the herring will be marinated.

Mix the spices well.
