Meat bread (without eggs and bread) – very delicate, fragrant, simple and quite budget-friendly in preparation. It cuts well, so it is suitable for the festive table, as a cut, and as an addition to a morning sandwich.

Meat bread (without eggs and bread) – ingredients

  • Sponder raw (barrel, bacon) – 1 kg.
  • Pork shoulder – 300 g.
  • Cold milk – ½ cup.
  • Onions – 2 pieces.
  • Parsley (chopped) – a bunch.
  • Garlic – 3-5 cloves (1 teaspoon dry).
  • Paprika – tsp.
  • Black pepper (ground) – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – ½-¾ tsp.

Cut the onion, fry until soft, squeeze, transfer to a bowl, leave to cool completely.

Grind the sponder and shoulder blade in a meat grinder, add cold milk, mix well. Add spices, garlic squeezed through a garlic press (or dry, granulated), fried onion, mix everything thoroughly.

At the end, add chopped parsley, mix.

Line a cake mold (30×10) with parchment, pour the mixture into the mold. Bake the meatloaf in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 80 minutes.

We take it out, leave it to cool, put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

We cut it, serve it to the table.
