- Minced meat, assorted – 600 g.

Cooking meatballs in a slow cooker
1. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Grate the pulp of the tomatoes on a coarse grater. We throw away the skins.
3. Salt and pepper the grated tomatoes to taste.
4. From the minced meat, we make medium-sized balls.
5. Put the meatballs in the slow cooker.
6. Pour tomatoes over the meatballs.
7. Pour a glass of water into the slow cooker. Stew the meatballs in the “Stew” mode for 1 hour.
