“Meatballs in the clouds” – ingredients

  • For meatballs:
  • Minced meat – 350 g.
  • Oat flakes (quick cooking) – 3 tbsp.
  • Green onion – 40 g.
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
  • Suneli hops, salt to taste.
  • Oil for greasing the mold – 50 g.
  • For the dough for “Khmarinky”:
  • Wheat flour – 1,5 cups.
  • Milk – 0,5 glasses.
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Boiled water – 2/3 cup.

The recipe for “Meatballs in the Clouds”

Let’s start cooking “Meatballs in the clouds” from the formation of meatballs. Mix the minced meat with suneli hops and salt and leave the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. After the time is up, add the oatmeal, finely chopped onion and tomato sauce. Mix well and divide the minced meat for “Meatballs in the clouds” into 12 pieces and form balls.

Lightly grease the mold (as in the photo) and lay out the future ones meatballs there. Place the mold in a hot oven (baking temperature 5 degrees) for 7-180 minutes. If you don’t have the right shape, you can use cupcake molds.
