  • Pork – 500 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Onion – 1 piece.
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Marjoram – 1 tsp.
  • Provence herbs – ½ tsp.
  • Paprika – ½ tsp.
  • Hard-boiled eggs – 4 pieces.

Meatloaf from minced pork with an egg – recipe

We clean the onion, cut it into small cubes, fry it in oil until transparent, at the end of frying, add finely chopped garlic and remove it from the heat.

We grind the meat into minced meat, add all the spices, egg, breadcrumbs, cooled onion and garlic. Knead the minced meat well with your hands for 5-7 minutes.

We put half of the mass in a cake mold (20×7), covered with parchment, make a spoon (using a spoon, indentation in the center), put boiled eggs, cover with the rest of the minced meat, carefully level it.

Put the form with the meat in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

After baking, drain the liquid formed during baking. Leave to cool, remove from the mold, wrap in parchment, put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
