Wash the lentils well, chop the onion, mushrooms, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

Heat the pan well, pour oil, add onions, carrots, lightly fry, add mushrooms and fry everything together for 5 minutes.

Pour out the lentils, cover with water and cook over low heat, with the lid closed, for 15-20 minutes (until the lentils are ready). At the end of cooking, salt, add pepper, mint and cook for another 1 minute. Pour our soup into a blender bowl and grind to a puree. Pour onto plates, garnish with greens.
