Millet fritters with apple and carrot – preparation
Boil millet until ready. This can be done in advance. Put the porridge in a bowl and fluff it up with a fork.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Apples are peeled from the skin and seeds, grated on a fine grater.
Add carrots and apples, rosemary, oil, chopped garlic, salt to millet, mix well.
We form fritters and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
