  • balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.

An interesting video on the topic – How to make chocolate sprinkles:

Let’s start by marinating our strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half, add honey and balsamic vinegar to the strawberries. Knead carefully so as not to crush the berries, put in the refrigerator for a few minutes. At the same time, you can take the puff pastry out of the freezer (if you have it frozen). If it’s hot at home, you can just put it in the refrigerator.

We roll out a sheet of puff pastry (puff pastry) with a thickness of 2-2,5 mm. Place on the bottom of the molds, according to their diameter.

Sprinkle the dough with chopped almonds or breadcrumbs so that the excess liquid that will be released from the filling does not wet the base of the dough. Spread strawberries on top, but without sauce. (take the sauce to the refrigerator and use it to dress the salad).

We roll out the second sheet, if desired, you can cut patterns on it with cookie cutters, or you can do without it. We make lids for our mini pies, lightly pinch them to the base.

Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake until the dough is ready and a golden crust forms. Cool the finished mini-pie and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
