Mini pizza in the oven – a small pizza that is convenient to serve in portions. Such a pizza can be given to children with them to school, or taken to work for a snack. Such a pizza will also taste good cold.

You can use any topping for pizza. Ham, cucumber and cheese were used in the recipe.

Mini-pizza in the oven – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Flour – 450 g.
  • Water – 150 ml.
  • Milk – 150 ml.
  • Fast-acting dry yeast – 6 g.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • For the filling:
  • Tomato paste.
  • Provencal herbs.
  • Basil.
  • Salt pepper.
  • Ham (any meat).
  • Cheese.
  • Cucumbers (sour or pickled).

Add yeast to the flour and mix.

Pour oil and heated milk and water (no more than 40 degrees) into a large bowl, add sugar.

Mix well with a whisk.

Add flour with yeast and salt, knead the dough. The dough should be soft, well away from the walls of the bowl (flour can be more or less, add flour in parts).

Cover the place with the dough with cling film, set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

You can add any ingredients that are in the refrigerator to the filling.

Cut the ham into small pieces.

Tremo cheese on a medium grater.

Cut the cucumber into convenient pieces.

Tear off a piece the size of a large chicken egg from the dough, roll it out, smear it with tomato paste (can be sauce), sprinkle with spices, lay out ham, cucumber, sprinkle with cheese.

We put the pizza on a form covered with parchment. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve the mini pizza hot.
