Recipe for making “Miracle” buns

Let’s start cooking bun “Miracle”. Pour water and milk into a saucepan, add butter and heat to 45-50 degrees so that the butter melts.

Now pour 1/3 of the flour into a large bowl, add the yeast (it is important that they are fresh, that is, open the bag immediately before use), salt, sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Pour water with milk and butter into this mixture, beat the mixture until smooth, add the egg and beat again thoroughly. Gradually add flour to the homogeneous mixture while whisking. When the dough for bun “Miracle” thickens, you should transfer it to the table and continue kneading for about 10 minutes, adding the rest of the flour.

Ready dough for bun “Miracle” it should have a soft, elastic, homogeneous consistency and not stick to hands and the table.

Divide the dough for bun “Miracle” into 12-15 equal parts, form balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Lightly press each bun with the palm of your hand (flatten).

Cover the tray with a linen napkin and leave for 30-35 minutes to stand in a warm place. Make sure that the napkin does not stick to the surface of the dough.

After Buns “Miracle” will increase by about 2 times, they can be sent to the oven. Bake in an oven heated to 200-210 degrees for 10-12 minutes (until golden brown).
