Today Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers you to prepare a traditional Italian dessert – Mr. Cat. Panna cotta literally translated from Italian – boiled cream. But in reality, the cream is not boiled, but only brought to a boil with sugar and vanilla, mixed with gelatin, poured into molds and allowed to harden in the refrigerator.

The finished dessert is left in cream cups or turned over onto a plate, garnished with berries or sweet sauce.

The recipe for cooking Mr. Cat

  • milk – ½ cup.
  • gelatin – 15 of
  • cream – 2,5 cups.
  • sugar – ½ cup.
  • vanilla sugar – 1 bag.
