Muffins on kefir, with prunes

Kefir cupcakes recipe gives space for the flight of our imagination. After all, you can use not only prunes for the filling, but anything you can think of – raisins, chocolate pieces, dried cherries, lemon zest, condensed milk.

Prepare muffins on kefir even a novice housewife can do it. So rush to the kitchen, let’s start cooking!

Cupcakes on kefir, with prunes – ingredients

  • Flour – 400 g.
  • Sugar – 160 g.
  • Soda – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 100
  • Prunes – 120 g.
  • Kefir – 250 ml.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Cognac – 1-2 tbsp.
  • Powdered sugar.

Cupcakes on kefir with prunes – recipe

Cut prunes into cubes, pour cognac.

Melt the butter, leave to cool.

Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk.

Add soda to half of kefir, set aside.

Add the remaining kefir to the eggs, mix with a spoon, sift the flour, mix with a spoon. Add kefir with soda, mix again with a spoon.

Add cooled butter to the dough, mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth. Add prunes together with cognac to the dough.

Fill silicone molds with dough. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, until a “dry match”.

Remove the cupcakes from the molds, after cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
