Muffins with chocolate filling

Dilute the pudding in ½ cup of milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, pour in the diluted pudding, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Cover the pudding with cling film so that it touches the entire surface of the cream. We are cooling.

Put the butter and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar and butter melt, then leave to cool.

Beat eggs with milk.

Mix flour with baking powder, soda, and salt.

Mix dry and wet ingredients, mix.

Put a spoonful of dough, a spoonful of pudding, and again the dough into muffin tins.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
