Muffins with ham and cheese

We are used to the fact that when there are several products left in our refrigerator that no one wants to finish, they can be turned into pizza. But there is an even more convenient and tastier way to turn them into a great snack – muffins with ham and cheese.

  • Flour – 2 cups (250-300 g).
  • Baking powder – 1,5 tsp.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 1 cup (240 ml).
  • Ham – 160 g.
  • Hard cheese – 130 g.
  • Butter – 110 g.
  • Rosemary – 1 tbsp.
  • Thyme – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt is a pinch.
  • Dry mustard – a pinch.
  • Dry dill – a pinch.
  • Ground black pepper – to taste.
  • Oil.

Cupcakes with ham and cheese – recipe

Before starting to prepare all the ingredients for muffins with ham and cheese, turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

While the oven is heating, sift the flour, add baking powder, pepper, dry mustard, salt and dry dill. Or any other dry seasonings you choose for this dish.

Finely chop the leaves of thyme and thyme and add the greens to the flour mixture. We mix.

Cut the ham and hard cheese into small cubes. In the same way, pour these ingredients into the flour with spices and herbs. Mix carefully.

Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl. We pour this mixture to the depression, which must first be made in the flour mixture.

Carefully mix this mass with a metal spoon. Add room temperature butter, well mashed with a fork.
