Mulberry liqueur with condensed milk (quick recipe)

For all lovers of “feminine” sweet berry liqueurs, we offer a simple and quick recipe for liqueur with mulberry – mulberry liqueur with condensed milk. To prepare such a liqueur, you should use only ripe picked berries and high-quality condensed milk without the content of vegetable fats.

Mulberry liqueur with condensed milk (quick recipe) – ingredients

  • Mulberry – 400 g.
  • Condensed milk (raw) – 300 g.
  • Vodka – 300 ml.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Water – 150 ml.

Mulberry liqueur with condensed milk (quick recipe) – cooking recipe

Sort and wash the mulberry, pour it into a pan, add water and sugar. Bring to a boil, cook after boiling over low heat for about 10 minutes. Leave to cool.

Pour everything into a colander lined with cheesecloth, squeeze the berries well. We don’t need squeezes anymore.

Mix mulberry juice and condensed milk, beat with a mixer for about a minute. Pour in vodka, stir with a spoon for another minute.

Pour the liqueur into a bottle, put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

The liquor is ready, you can take a sample.
