Necessary products for cooking mullet fish with mushrooms and onions in the oven

  • Mullet – 1 pc.
  • Boletus mushrooms – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Black pepper – to taste.
  • Foil.
  • Olive oil.

Cooking mullet fish with mushrooms and onions in the oven

1. Clean the fish. We clean from the scales. We remove all the entrails and cut out the gills. Wash the fish thoroughly. Cuts are made on both sides of the fish carcass. Mushrooms are cut into plates. Onion in half rings.

2. Place mushrooms and onions on foil. Put the mullet on top. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Lightly pour oil over the fish and close the foil.

4. Cook the fish in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

5. Mullet with mushrooms and onions in the oven is ready.
