Mushroom soup

Smakota (Smakotainfo.com) offers a recipe for extremely tasty and tender mushroom soup. You can add both frozen and fresh mushrooms to this soup. Mushrooms are usually the most available at any time of the year. Prepare this soup – surprise your relatives.

Mushroom soup recipe

  • dill (finely chopped) – ½ cup.
  • milk – 100 ml.
  • cream – 200 ml.
  • spices (salt, ground black pepper – to taste, nutmeg – a pinch).
  • dry white wine – 200 ml.
  • fresh or frozen mushrooms – 500 g.
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves.
  • olive oil – 50 ml.
  • onion – 300 g.
  • croutons (croutons).
  • water – 150 ml.

Cut the onion into half rings, and cut the garlic into strips. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until golden. Cut the mushrooms into rough pieces, add them to the fried onions, add salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. We mix.

We pour wine. When it boils, add about 150 ml of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Pour milk and cream into the soup, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Add a lot of dill. Taste the soup and add salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve the soup with croutons.
