Cool and cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Hard-boil the eggs, cool and cut into cubes. Cut the pickled cucumbers in the same way.

Green peas, do not defrost, blanch for 2 minutes after re-boiling the water, discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Mix vegetables with peas and eggs, salt and pepper to taste and mix with the remaining dressing.
