- Walnuts – 1 cup.
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves (1 head).
- Mayonnaise or oil.

We check whether the walnuts have no shells and transfer them to a blender or combine with knives and grind them to a homogeneous mass.
Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add to the nut mass and mix together.
Add a little salt and pepper, mix with oil or mayonnaise.
