Melt the butter and leave to cool.

Mix oatmeal with sunflower seeds, sesame, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, mix everything thoroughly.

Pour cooled butter into the dry mixture, add eggs, and knead the dough.

Oatmeal cookie dough will be a little sticky to your hands (as it should be).

Wet your hands with water, form balls from the dough, put them in a mold (covered with parchment) and flatten them into a pancake about 1,5 cm thick.

When placing the cookies in the form, make sure that there is a certain distance between them (the cookies will spread during the baking process).

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top-bottom function), bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.

After cooling, store the cookies in a hermetically sealed container.
