Olivier with shrimps
Today we offer to prepare a much more interesting and easier version of salad “Olivier” – “Olivier with shrimps“. We will take the usual ingredients and add tiger prawns (crab necks), fresh cucumber and season everything with yogurt. Homemade mayonnaise is also good for salad dressing, but then the salad will be higher in calories. Choose the ingredients and dressing to your taste.
Ingredients for making salad “Olivier with shrimps”
- chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- frozen green peas – 200 g.
- potatoes – 6 pcs.
- tiger prawns 400 g.
- carrots – 200 g.
- fresh cucumbers – 200 g.
- natural yogurt – 250 ml.
- garlic – 2 cloves.
- dill, parsley – to taste.
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation of salad “Olivier with shrimps:
Wash potatoes and carrots well and boil them in salted water. When they ripen, we clean them. Cut into small cubes.
We boil shrimp in salted water. We cool them and clean them.
Cucumbers are washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes.
Eggs are boiled in salted water, cooled and cleaned. We also cut it into small cubes.
Salt the yogurt, add finely chopped garlic (it is possible without garlic). Mix everything and let it stand for a while.
Pour boiling water over frozen green peas, let stand for a while, drain the water (you can replace it with canned peas).
Potatoes, shrimps, carrots, cucumbers, peas are combined, salted and peppered. Mix everything well. We are refueling Olivier salad with shrimps yogurt before serving.
Spread the salad on a plate using a ring.
Decorate with greens and shrimp.
