Before starting cooking onion rings heat the oven to 220 degrees. Now peel the onion and cut it into rings of about 1 cm, and separate them, taking out the very small ones. Transfer the large rings to a bowl and cover with cold water.
Now we will prepare the mixture for frying onion rings. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs. And in the third – pour breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and spices. Now take 1 ring each and roll it first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs. We teach onion rings on an oiled baking sheet.
Let’s go to baking onion rings. We send them to the oven for 10 minutes, then turn each ring over and bake for another 8-10 minutes until golden. Ready onion rings serve with beer.
