Oreo birthday cake

Oreo birthday cake – ingredients

  • For chocolate biscuits:
  • Flour – 250 g.
  • Sugar – 290 g.

  • Oreo cookies – 10 pcs.
  • For the Oreo cream:
  • Oreo cookies – 10 pcs.
  • Sour milk cheese – 600 g.
  • Cream (33%) – 350 g.
  • Powdered sugar – 120 g.
  • For decoration:
  • Oreo cookies – 8 pcs.
  • Dark dark chocolate – 200 g.
  • Butter – 90 g.
  • Whipped cream or Oreo cream.

Oreo birthday cake – recipe

First, we prepare sponge cakes. To do this, we need to heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a round mold, 30 cm in diameter, with butter and add cocoa, set aside.

Next, combine all the dry ingredients for the biscuit, mix with a whisk. Add (must be at room temperature) eggs and liquid ingredients, beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. at medium speed. Add vinegar and another 2 minutes. we beat

Bake for 40-50 minutes. to a dry toothpick. Remove, cool and wrap in cling film. Leave in the refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours). Cut the biscuit into 2 parts of approximately 2 cm each (if the top is convex, it can be cut a little before dividing the biscuit in half).

To bake an Oreo cheesecake, we will also need a round baking dish, 30 cm in diameter, but it must be one that separates on the sides. Grease it with butter and cover it with parchment.

Mash the cheese with sugar until smooth, add eggs and cream. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Pour the curd mass into the mold and lay out the Oreo cookie halves/quarters, pressing it inside. Bake for 50-60 minutes. at a temperature of 120-130 degrees. Leave to harden in the oven, and then put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Next, we prepare Oreo cream. Finely grind chocolate cookies in a blender. Beat the cheese, cream and powdered sugar well with a mixer, starting from the lowest speed and reaching the maximum (3-5 minutes to a lush mass).

When the cream is ready (a part can be left for decoration on top), add crushed Oreo cookies and beat for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.

When all the parts of the exquisite cake are ready, assemble them in the following sequence: sponge cake – cream – cheesecake – cream – sponge cake – cream/decor.

As a decoration, you can use pre-set cream and Oreo cookies, or pour chocolate glaze as in the photo.

To make such chocolate streams as in the photo, melt bitter chocolate and butter in a steam bath. Cool a little and pour over the cake.
