Oreo cake

Easy to prepare and very tasty cake – Oreo cake. Delicate cream and cheese cream, chocolate cake, sour jam and lots of chocolate. Very tasty and original cake. It is also prepared very quickly. We recommend it.

Oreo cake – ingredients

  • For bіskvіtu:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Flour – 6 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 3 tablespoon
  • Starch – 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 9 tbsp.
  • For the cream:
  • Mascarpone – 500
  • Cream – 800 ml.
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • For the icing:
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g.
  • Butter – 2 tsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Homemade jam with sour cream.
  • Oreos – 24 pieces.

Sponge cake

***WARNING. The amount of baking ingredients given for 1 cake. You need to bake 2 such cakes.

The biscuit is best prepared the day before assembling the cake.

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat until stiff foam. Add sugar one spoon at a time, beating well each time. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix flour with cocoa and starch, sift to egg mass. Gently mix with a wooden spoon.

Line the bottom of the mold (d=22 cm) with parchment, transfer the dough, and level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, until a “dry match”. Leave to cool. Cut into two identical thin cakes.

We bake the second cake (similarly to the first).

Cream

“Open” 20 pieces of Oreo cookies and remove the cream from them. Grind in a meat grinder or beat in a blender. Add 100 ml of cream to the crushed cookies, mix.

Beat mascarpone with a blender, gradually pour in well-chilled cream, beat until smooth.

Divide the cream into 2 equal parts. To the first one, add the cookie filling and half of the crushed cookies, mix well. To the second – powdered sugar, briefly beat with a mixer. We put it in the refrigerator.

We collect the cake

Grease the cakes with jam, apply a third of the cream with crushed cookies. Do not grease the top cake with jam. Put the assembled cake in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

After cooling, the sides and top of the cake are smeared with white cream (we set aside a few spoons for decorating the cake).

Decorate the middle of the cake and the bottom of the cake (approximately to the middle) with the rest of the chopped Oreo.

Melt chocolate together with butter, mix until smooth. On the edge of the cake we make beautiful chocolate streams. We form decorative ornaments from the cream in a circle.

We leave the cake for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator.

Before serving, you can additionally decorate with a whole Oreo cookie.
