Pancakes are a classic recipe

Punkkeys – delicate pancakes that will make your breakfast perfect. Traditionally, Americans serve pancakes with maple syrup. but they taste great with chocolate, condensed milk, jam, honey.

Dough for pancakes does not like standing, so you need to fry them immediately after preparing the dough. And you don’t need to mix it too thoroughly, just until the ingredients are combined.

Pancakes – ingredients

  • Milk – 200 ml.
  • Flour – 140 g.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Oil – 40
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Soda – on the tip of a knife (≈ 1/6 teaspoon).
  • Sugar – 50 g.
  • Salt – a pinch.

Pancakes – recipe

Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt.

Beat the egg to a light mass, add milk, mix.

Add dry ingredients, mix gently.

Pour in the oil, mix again.

Pour a small portion of the dough into the pan.

Usually pancakes are baked without greasing the pan with fat. If your pancakes still stick to the pan, lightly grease them with oil, remove the excess oil with a napkin.

Fry the pancake until the first bubbles appear on the dough, turn it over and fry it for about a minute.
