Cooking pancakes for breakfast

We take eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites separately to a thick foam. In a large container, mix slightly warm milk, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Add egg yolks and flour and mix well with a whisk.

The last stage of joining the beaten proteins with the dough. We add them carefully, slowly stirring the dough to give it fluffiness. When the dough is ready, pour a spoonful of oil so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan.

It is not advisable to knead the dough for a long time, it may become hard and not tasty.

Bake pancakes on a heated, dry pan for 1-1 minutes on one side and 5 seconds on the other. Size as desired.

Grease each hot pancake with butter after removing it from the pan.

Traditionally, pancakes are served with maple syrup, but you can drizzle them with anything you like.
