Pancakes on kefir

Today we will cook a not quite traditional version of pancakes – pancakes on kefir. Such pancakes they are tender, fluffy and very tasty.

Punkkeys – an ideal, quick breakfast for the whole family, tastes good with honey, condensed milk, sour cream, whipped cream, jam, syrup.

Pancakes on kefir – ingredients

  • Kefir – 1,5 cups.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Salt – ¼ tsp.
  • Flour – 1,5 cups.
  • Soda – ½ tsp.
  • Baking powder – 2 tsp.
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.

Pancakes on kefir – recipe

Sifted flour is mixed with soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Beat eggs with kefir and oil, add dry ingredients, quickly (briefly) knead (even if small lumps remain in the dough, don’t worry, they will fall apart during baking).

Pour a little dough onto a dry pan, bake until the first bubbles appear, turn over to the other side, and fry for another minute.

Before serving, pour condensed milk, syrup or honey over the pancakes.
