Let’s start cooking “Citrus” belts. First, heat the milk (up to 40 degrees), add 100 g of flour, yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar to it, mix well and hide in the heat for 40-50 minutes. In this way, you and I prepared the steam.

Melt the butter and cool it a little. Take fresh orange juice, about 100 ml, and warm it up a little. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance. It is important that they are at room temperature.

In support for “Citrus” belts add orange juice, eggs mashed with sugar, butter, salt and mix it all well. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for “Citrus” belts. Cover it with a towel and hide it in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Finely chop the orange peel, put it in a pan and add 2-3 tbsp. sugar and the remaining 50 ml of orange juice. Fry all this over medium heat, stirring constantly. And finely chop the chocolate, but in no case do not rub it.

Dough for “Citrus” belts, which is suitable, mix again and add fried orange peel, orange peel and chocolate. Mix well so that all the added products are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Spread the dough into greased molds so that it occupies 1/2 of the mold, cover with a towel and hide in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

Now bake “Citrus” belts in an oven heated to 180 degrees. 5 minutes after it is ready, carefully pull it out “Citrus” belts from the forms (otherwise it will be more difficult to do it later).

Ready “Citrus” belts decorate to taste.
