Paska in the bread machine

Paska in the bread machine is a recipe for those who do not want or for some reason cannot mess with the dough for paska. Smakota offers you a recipe for a very tasty and aromatic paska. Try it, you won’t regret it!

A recipe for making paska in a bread machine

  • milk – 170 ml;
  • eggs – 3 pieces;
  • flour (high grade) – 400 g;
  • salt – 0,5 tsp;
  • sugar – 7 tbsp.
  • butter – 20 g;
  • dry yeast – 2,5 tsp;
  • vanillin – 0,5 sachet;
  • raisins, candied fruit – 100 g;
  • glaze, colored powder.

Pour warm milk into the bread maker bucket, add eggs (at room temperature) and softened butter. Stir everything a little with a fork. Pour sifted flour, place salt, sugar and vanilla in the corners. Make a well in the middle and pour in the yeast. If the instructions for your model of bread machine say that the products are placed in a different order, do as it is written.

Set the “Fast” mode (2 hours 10 minutes), light crust, weight – 750 grams. Steam the raisins with boiling water, drain the water, mix with a small amount of flour. After a special signal, add raisins and candied fruit to the bucket. The dough will be liquid, as it should be. Do not open the lid of the bread maker again.

Take out the ready tasty and very aromatic paska prepared in the bread machine from the bucket, let it cool a little and cover it with any glaze – at your discretion, sprinkle it with colored powder.
