Pasta with broccoli and beef
Macaroni loved not only by adults, but also by children. Smakota offers a recipe for unsurpassed pasta with broccoli and beef for a large family (company). The dish is suitable for true fans of Italian pasta, as well as for those who want to try something new.
Pasta with broccoli and beef – ingredients
- Macaroni – 500 g.
- Feta cheese – 200 g.
- Broccoli – 500 g.
- Onion – 2 pc.
- Beef – 200 g.
- Fat cream (33%) – 200 g.
- Basil – half a bunch.
- Olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper
Pasta with broccoli and beef – recipe
Cut the beef into thin strips, marinate with soy sauce and leave for at least 30 minutes.
Boil pasta, adding 1 tbsp. l. oil and salt, drain the water.
Divide the broccoli into florets and cook for 10 minutes, drain the water.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry with the meat in olive oil, add broccoli.
Bring cream and 50 g of feta cheese to a boil, mix with pasta and roast, add pepper.
Place on serving plates, add diced feta, sprinkle with basil leaves.

Cooking tips (life hacks)
- In order to get beautiful thin strips, it is better to freeze the meat first and cut it with ice cream
- It is better to take pasta from hard varieties of wheat, they do not boil and do not stick together
- It is better to add freshly ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers. This way you can feel the aroma more and add the desired “pepper” to the dish.
- Boil broccoli in a minimum amount of water so that the vegetable does not lose its nutrients + the water will boil faster. And vegetable broth can later be used to prepare various soups.
