Pate in sweet pepper

Pate in sweet pepper – ingredients
- Sage leaves – 2 pcs.
- Sweet peppers – 3 pcs.
- Large onion – 1 pc.
- Oil – 1 tbsp.
- Chopped dill and parsley – 1 tbsp.
- Crushed garlic – 2 cloves.
- Minced beef – 150 g.
- A pinch of grated nutmeg.
- Salt to taste.
- Beef liver – 350 g.
- Spinach – 100 g.
Recipe for pate in sweet pepper
Let’s start cooking pate in sweet pepper. The onion should be finely chopped and fried in heated oil for 8 minutes. Wash spinach and sage, dry and chop.
Pass the liver through a meat grinder, combine with ground beef, onion, spinach and greens. Season all this with nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Now we will prepare peppers for pate in sweet pepper. Wash the pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the core and wash it again. Fill the halves with the filling. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake pate in sweet pepper in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees. Done!
