Peach sorbet

Do you want to organize a summer evening in September? Light! Peach sorbet and a light mojito will help! Ice cream fans will definitely like this recipe while watching their favorite series. Instead of peaches, you can safely use ripe apricots.

Peach sorbet – ingredients

  • Juicy peaches – 8 pcs.
  • Lemon or lime – 1 pc.
  • Sugar sand – 100 g.
  • Cream – 150 ml.

Peach sorbet – recipe

Make a cross-shaped cut on each peach, pour boiling water over them and leave for 1-2 minutes. Then remove the skin from the peaches and remove the pits, cut the flesh into small pieces. Grate the lemon peel on a fine grater, squeeze the juice out of it.

Add sugar, zest and lemon juice to the peaches and mix. Leave for half an hour.

Pour the cream, mix and put everything in a plastic container with a tightly closed lid. Freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour so that the sorbet remains uniform.

For connoisseurs of the original taste, you can add pink champagne to the recipe.
