Ingredients for preparing zander with lemon and onion:

  • zander – 1,5 kg.
  • oil – 2 tbsp.
  • lemon – 1 pcs.
  • salt – to taste.
  • spices – to taste.
  • onion – 1 pcs.
  • sour cream – 1 tablespoons

Preparation of zander with lemon and onion:

Zander wash well, clean and dry. Salt and rub with spices. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the lemon and onion into half rings. Salt the onion, add sour cream.
