Preparation of salad with persimmons and avocado:

Peel persimmons and avocados. Cut the persimmon into thin strips. Peel the avocado, cut it into cubes and sprinkle with lime juice.

We clean the onion. Wash and dry tomatoes, spinach and watercress. Cut spinach into strips, onion into small cubes, tomatoes into halves.

We are preparing the dressing. Mix oil and vinegar in a small container, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix avocado, spinach, watercress and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add persimmons, gently mix again. Pour the dressing over the salad, let it infuse for 20-30 minutes.
