Spaghetti pizza – a dish offered in many pizzerias in Italy. So why not prepare such a delicacy yourself according to the proposed recipe?
Spaghetti pizza – ingredients
- Hard varieties of spaghetti – 400 g.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Sausage – 500 g.
- Pepperoni – 60-70 g (about 30 slices).
- Tomato paste – 750 g.
- Oil for the mold – 40 g.
- Oil for frying.
- Grated parmesan – 100 g.
- A mixture of grated cheeses – 250 g.
Spaghetti pizza recipe
Let’s start cooking spaghetti pizzas. First, boil the spaghetti in salted water. Drain the water and place the spaghetti in a greased baking dish.
The next step is preparation spaghetti pizzas frying sausage in a pan (until golden). Now transfer it to a plate and fry the pepperoni in a pan until crispy (about 4 minutes).
It’s time to shape spaghetti pizza. Place the fried sausage on the spaghetti and cover it all with tomato paste. Add half of the pepperoni, now the grated cheese and the other half of the pepperoni.
Bake spaghetti pizza at a temperature of 175 degrees, about 30 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. If it starts to brown too soon, cover the form with foil. Done!
