Today we will bake a simple but very tasty dish pie with apples and pears. This open cake with a honey aroma is perfect for a friendly family tea party. In the morning, such a cake with tea can replace breakfast, and for children paired with milk – dinner.

Pie with apples and pears – ingredients

  • Flour – 400 g.
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Sugar – 150 g.
  • Baking powder – 7 g.
  • Salt – 2 g.
  • Pears – 3 pieces.
  • Apples – 2 pieces.
  • Water – 50 ml.
  • Oil – 150
  • Honey – 50 ml.

Pie with apples and pears – preparation

Beat soft butter (100 g) well with sugar (100 g). Add the eggs one by one and continue beating. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Knead a soft, plastic dough.

We spread the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and roll out a cake up to 5 mm thick. We put the dough in a form, make sides (not high). Prick the bottom well with a fork.

Melt the rest of the butter and sugar + honey over low heat, as soon as the honey and sugar have dissolved, add water. Mixing to a homogeneous state.

Add peeled and sliced ​​apples and pears to the sweet mixture. Boil for 5 minutes from boiling. Pour the apple-pear mixture onto the cake.

We put the mold with the future pie in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 50-55 minutes (orient yourself on your oven).

Remove from the oven and cool.
