  • Mushrooms – 250 g.
  • Carrots – 2 pieces.

  • Flour – by eye.
  • Sour cream – 3,5 tablespoons.
  • Milk – 1/2 cup.
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Salt to taste.

Cooking a pie with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Finely chop champignon mushrooms, carrots, chicken fillet and onions and fry them in a pan with oil. Add black pepper and salt to taste, as you like.

Beat milk, eggs, sour cream, salt and flour with a mixer. The dough should turn out like fritters, with a consistency somewhat similar to low-fat sour cream.

Next, we take a bowl from the multicooker, pour half the dough on the bottom, then put the filling. Fill the filling with the remaining dough. Set the “Baking” program for 45 minutes. After the program, we take out the cake!
