A recipe for making platka with prunes and meringue

  • flour – 1 cup.
  • starch – 1 tbsp.
  • egg – 5 pieces.
  • yolk – 1 egg.
  • sugar – 2 cups.
  • lemon peel.
  • oil – 110 g.
  • baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • protein – from 6 eggs.
  • powdered sugar – 3 cups.
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
  • gelatin – 1/2 tsp.
  • water 3 glasses.
  • nuts 50 g.
  • prunes 50 g.
  • dried apricots 50 g.
  • raisins 50 g.
  • apple juice – 300 g.

  1. Take eggs, sugar, yolks and lemon zest. Put in a water bath, while the bowl with the mass should not touch the water.
  2. Beat until the sugar dissolves. Mix flour, starch and baking powder into the egg mass.
