Pig ears in Korean

  • Pig ears – 2 pairs (not very big).
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
  • Sugar – 3 tsp.
  • Ground coriander – 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper, ground paprika, red pepper, salt – to taste.
  • Vinegar (9%) – 6 tbsp.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Onion – 1 piece.

Pork ears in Korean – recipe

Wash the ears well, soak them in hot water for 30-40 minutes, take them out and clean them well inside and out.

We put the ears in a pan and pour water so that the water completely covers the ears. Add a few peas of black pepper and allspice, a bay leaf, 1 tbsp. salt, let it boil, reduce the heat to the lowest, cook for 40 minutes.

Remove the ears and leave until completely cool.

We cut the ears with straw. Salt, pepper, add red pepper, paprika, hot red pepper, sugar, coriander, add vinegar one spoon at a time, adjusting the desired acid level.

We heat the oil well, add the onion cut into strips, bring the onion to a brown color and take it out. Pour hot oil over the ears, mix well.

Squeeze the garlic on a garlic press, knead again. We put the ears in the refrigerator for a day.
