Pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker

- Chicken fillet – 1 pc. (400 g).
- Rice – 350
- Onions – 1 pcs.
- Oil – 40 ml.
- Black pepper, ground – to taste.
- Salt – to taste.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 1 head.
- Water – 600 ml.
- Turmeric – 2 tsp.
- Barberry, dried – 10-15 pcs.
- Bay leaf – 3 pcs.
- Dill, parsley – 2 sprigs each.
Cooking pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker
1. Soak the rice in cold water, and then wash it until the water is clear.
2. Peel the carrots and onions. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
3. Wash the chicken fillet and cut the films. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
4. Turn on the multicooker, select the “Frying” mode, set for 15 minutes. Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the meat to the onion and fry it until lightly browned.
6. Add carrots and fry everything until the end of the set time.
7. Drain the water from the rice and pour it into the slow cooker. We mix.
8. Salt and pepper to taste. Add turmeric, barberry and bay leaves.
9. Pour water and oil. Put a washed head of garlic.
10. Cook in the “pilaf” mode for 1 hour.
