Plate a la tiramisu

Today we will prepare a tender and incredibly tasty cake that simply melts in your mouth and also tastes like a famous dessert. so tiramisu-style pies – chocolate cakes infused with coffee and amaretto, delicate cream with mascarpone, sponge cake and cream with condensed milk. Everything is simple, but at the same time very simple.

Pliatsok a la tiramisu – ingredients

  • For the dark cake:
  • Eggs – 5 pieces (large).
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Chocolate pudding (without sugar) – 1 package.
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
  • Flour – 1 cup.
  • Baking powder – 1,5 tsp.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • For a light cake:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – ¾ cup.
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Baking powder – 1,5 tsp.
  • Flour – 1/3 cup.
  • Starch – 1/3 cup.
  • For impregnation:
  • Instant coffee – 2 tsp.
  • Water – ½ cup.
  • Amaretto liqueur – 2 tbsp.
  • For the cream:
  • Cream (from 30%) – 500 ml.
  • Mascarpone – 250
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Boiled condensed milk – ½ can.
  • Oil – 50
  • Cocoa.

Pliatsok a la tiramisu – preparation

Dark cake

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat with salt to a stable foam. Add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time, add vinegar at the end of the beating. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix flour with cocoa, baking powder and chocolate pudding, sift to egg mass. Mix everything carefully with a spatula.

We transfer the dough into a form (23×33), covered with parchment, level it. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until a “dry match”. Cool the finished cake, cut it into 2 thin pancakes.

Light cake

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat to a stiff foam. Add sugar one spoon at a time, beat well each time, add vinegar at the end of the beating. Add yolks one by one, beat at the lowest speed of the mixer.

Mix flour with baking powder and starch, sift to egg mass. Mix everything carefully with a spatula.

We transfer the dough into a form covered with parchment, level it, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes. We are cooling.

Cream

Whip the well-chilled cream to a thick lush cream, add powdered sugar and mascarpone. Beat until smooth.

Beat butter with condensed milk.

We collect the braid

We brew coffee, add liquor, soak the cakes.

Lubricate the bottom dark cake with half of the cream, generously sprinkle with cocoa. Cover with a light cake, press slightly, cover with the rest of the butter cream, crush the cocoa well, cover with the second dark cake, grease with cream with condensed milk, sprinkle with cocoa.
