Pliatsok Black Kiss – a recipe for a simple platka from a yellowed grandmother’s notebook (well, except that it has been slightly improved with modern ingredients). Why does the history of “grandma’s” platka have such a name. But the most important thing is that a very tasty platka is made from simple ingredients. Try it!

Pliatsok Black kiss – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Sour cream – 1 cup.
  • Flour – 1 cup.
  • Egg – 1 piece (large).
  • Soda – 1 tbsp. (flat without a bump).
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Dry poppy seeds – 3 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
  • Walnuts – ½ cup.
  • Raisins – ½ cup.
  • For the cream:
  • Oil – 200
  • Vanilla pudding – 1 package.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Milk – 500 ml.
  • Vanilla sugar – 2 tsp.
  • Coconut shavings – 1 tbsp. (Optional).
  • For the icing:
  • Chocolate – 1 tile.
  • Cream (from 30%) – 1/3 cup.

Mix sugar, sour cream, flour and egg, beat until smooth, add soda quenched with vinegar, mix well again.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Add poppy seeds to one, cocoa to the second, raisins and chopped nuts to the third.

We cover the form (20×24) with parchment, pour the dough one by one and bake the cakes at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool.


Dilute the pudding in ½ cup of milk. Put the rest of the milk on the fire, add sugar and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Pour the diluted pudding into boiling milk, cook until the cream thickens, stirring constantly, add coconut shavings, mix.

Transfer the cooked pudding to a ceramic dish, cover with cling film so that it touches the entire surface of the steering wheel.

Beat the butter to a soft, creamy mass, add the cooled pudding one spoon at a time, beat until smooth.

Divide the cream into two equal parts.

Assemble the pastry – spread the cake with nuts and raisins with half of the cream, cover with the chocolate cake, spread with the cream, lay out the poppy cake, press lightly.


Heat chocolate with cream in a steam bath, mix until smooth. We immediately cover the braid, level it.

Let the dough rest for 6-8 hours. Cut and serve.
