Pliatsok Pyanitsa

Today we will prepare a dish with a very original name – Pyanitsa square. It got its name probably because of the amount of alcohol in the ingredients. Undoubtedly, such pastries should be tasted in the company of adults.

Coconut and poppy flavors are harmoniously combined in the cake, which are successfully emphasized by vanilla cream.

Pliatsok drunkard – ingredients

  • For a light cake:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Flour – ½ cup.
  • Oil – ½ cup.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • For poppy-coconut cake:
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Poppy seeds (dry) – ½ cup.
  • Sugar – ½ cup.
  • Coconut shavings – ½ cup.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • For the cream:
  • Milk – 500 ml.
  • Creamy pudding – 2 packages.
  • Sugar – 2/3 cup.
  • Oil – 250
  • For the icing:
  • Oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Cocoa – 2 tablespoon
  • Milk – 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Additionally:
  • Vodka – 1 glass.
  • Round sponge cake – 250-300 g.
  • Oil – for greasing the mold.
  • Breadcrumbs – for sprinkling the form.

Pliatsok drunkard – preparation

Let’s start with the preparation of biscuits. We beat the eggs with sugar like a “gogol-mogol”, add oil, beat well again. Mix the flour with the baking powder and beat on the lowest power of the mixer.

Grease a mold (20×30) with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Now we will prepare a poppy-coconut cake. Beat the eggs well with sugar, add poppy seeds, coconut shavings and baking powder to the loose egg mass. Mix everything.

We put the dough in a form greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

We leave the finished cakes to cool, and in the meantime prepare the cream. Pour the pudding and sugar into the milk and put it on a low heat, cook until it thickens. Leave the pudding to cool.

Beat soft butter until white, add pudding in parts, constantly beating.

Now we can collect the patch. We spread the light cake on the bottom, grease with half of the cream, the poppy-coconut cake, the second half of the cream, level it well. Pour vodka into a bowl and dip the sponge cake in it, carefully spread it over the entire surface of the plate.

Prepare the glaze. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and put on fire, heat until a homogeneous mass is formed (but do not boil), cool and cover the bread.

Leave the finished dough for 6-8 hours in a cold place.
