We have prepared an easy one for you recipe for plum pie with nuts. Hazelnuts and almonds can be used here. It is better not to add walnut, because it is very oily and makes it heavy. Such a dessert can easily become a delicious breakfast for children or an addition to a school lunch!

  • plums – 18 pcs.
  • hazelnuts – 1 glass.
  • wheat flour – 1 cup.
  • egg – 3 pc.
  • butter – 150 g.
  • granulated sugar – ½ cup.
  • baking powder – ½ tsp.

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Grind roasted hazelnuts or almonds in a blender.

Cut the plums into large plates, removing the stones from them.

Beat butter with sugar until it becomes a white cream.

While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. If you enter all 3 at once, it will reduce the quality and lightness of the dough.

Add chopped plums, chopped hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, knead everything well.

Grease the mold with butter, put the dough in it. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
