Plum cake with sour cream filling

Combine flour with baking powder and salt. Grate cold butter on a fine grater, mixing it with flour. Rub butter with flour into crumbs. Combine the crumbs with eggs and sugar and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Prepare the plum

Cut the plum in half, remove the stone, cut each half into 3 parts. Add cinnamon to the chopped plums and mix.

Prepare the sour cream filling

Mix the egg with sugar. Add cornstarch and mix until smooth. Add sour cream, mix again.

Form a cake

Take a form with a diameter of 20 cm, put the dough on the bottom of the form and flatten it, forming the sides. Put the prepared plums in cinnamon on the dough. Fill the plums with the filling – it should not reach the edge by 1-2 mm.

Leave the cake to bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 C for 30-35 minutes. Allow the finished pie to cool and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
