Pliatsok ice cream – ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Eggs – 3 pieces.
  • Milk – 5,5 tbsp.
  • Sour cream – 4 tbsp.
  • Soda – ½ tsp.
  • Walnuts (chopped) – ¾ cup.
  • Flour – 1 cup.
  • For the cream:
  • Yolks – 2 pieces.
  • Sugar – 1 cup.
  • Flour – 1,5 tbsp.
  • Milk – 250 ml.
  • Oil – 100
  • For the icing:
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Cocoa – 4 tablespoon
  • Milk – ½ cup.
  • Oil – 50

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Add all the rest of the ingredients to the yolks, except nuts, beat everything well with a mixer until a loose mass is obtained. Add nuts, mix with dough.

Beat the egg whites to a firm foam, carefully mix the egg whites into the dough with a wooden spoon.

Pour the dough into a parchment-lined form (20×30), bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.


Mix all the ingredients except butter, stir well so that there are no lumps. We put it on the lowest heat and cook it, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat, transfer to a ceramic dish, cover with cling film so that it touches the entire surface of the cream. Leave until completely cooled.

Beat soft butter to a light fluffy mass. Add the custard in portions, beat until smooth.

Spread the cream on the biscuit, send the cake to the freezer for 3-4 hours.


Mix all the ingredients except butter. Warm up until all the ingredients are combined and a homogeneous mass is formed. Remove from heat, add oil, mix until smooth.

Take the cake out of the freezer, cover it with glaze, put it back in the freezer for another 30-40 minutes.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, leave it for 5 minutes. We cut off the required number of pieces, and put the rest back in the freezer.
